• Select a date and time.  Weekdays, weekends, or evenings are all possible.  Reach out for availability.  Have a few dates ready to go!

• Decide on a venue (your place, a fire hall, your business, etc.) and decide what you will include in your ticket price.  Some place include and allow alcohol others don't.  Some places supply snacks others ask you to bring your own.  It is entirely your choice.

• Decide upon your price per painter.  My fee is $25 per painter -- anything charged above that is profit for your business or organization.  Most events range from $30-50 depending on what is included and your target audience.  We can handle up to 80 painters in one session.  Minimum of 5 painters.

• Select your picture.  Upon confirmation of date and time, you will receive a link to our online catalog of images to choose from.  Pick your favorite and you are good to go.  Don't see anything you like, give us an idea and we will create or find it for you!

• Sell spaces for your event.  I can make you a poster if desired and email it to you.  I will add your event to my facebook and website.  Promote your event, hang posters, and fill up your painter spots...it's that easy!  (I recommend collecting money ahead of time and keeping a list of registrations instead of selling physical tickets.)   Payment is expected the day of the event unless other arrangements are made.  Cash and check are accepted.
