What is your shipping policy on original artwork?
All original artwork products are shipped within 7 business days and without a frame unless otherwise discussed or detailed differently in the specifications. Please feel free to ask me about faster shipping options if you need an original piece of art on a deadline. 

What is your policy on returns/exchanges/refunds on original artwork? 
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product I will refund you in full as long as the original artwork is returned to me in undamaged condition. This does not apply to commissioned work.
